Prairie Power’s Member Cooperatives are the “Owners” and also “Customers” of Prairie Power. We’ve all heard “The Customer is King” and how important high quMember Service 2ality customer service is.

Today Prairie Power is focused on deepening the relationships it has with its Member Cooperatives and improving its customer service.

PPI believes its members, and their 78,000 consumer-members, do not just buy electricity. They buy what electricity does for them – hot water, water pumping, heating, lighting, clothes drying, dish washing and so on. Prairie Power’s objective is to meet and exceed its Member Cooperatives’ service needs.

This is both a challenging and exciting time in the electricity industry. We at Prairie Power look forward to meeting the challenges and enhancing the services we provide to our Member Cooperatives.
